I work with clients pre, present and post-divorce who feel uncertain, overwhelmed or powerless and help them feel confident, calm and in control of their life so they can make positive decisions for their future.
Loss puts us on a new path. While the answers are within us, sometimes we need a partner to help us get there. Enter a coach.
My ‘why’ is personal. It stems from my own experiences with divorce when my children were just 2 years old and 4 years old. I empathize personally and professionally and understand the importance of establishing and continuing best practices for parenting after separation. I’m fueled by my passion for helping people, just like YOU.

In-person sessions can be done at a variety of local locations. And—because movement is essential to regulating your mind and body—I also offer in-person or over the phone “walk & talk” sessions.
