Bio

Attorney Alison Litt has been a practicing attorney in MA for over twenty years.  She started her career as a successful MA Assistant Attorney General in the Trial Division. After going through her own divorce, Alison saw a need to help support, educate and provide legal value to clients going through their own divorces or post-divorces.  She also saw a need to provide guidance to clients on how to prepare for their future especially when children are involved, to avoid additional issues down the road.

Additionally, Alison has a passion to help those less fortunate struggling with complex family law issues. As such, she is on the panel for Journey to Safety which provides limited representation to victims of domestic violence at no cost to the client and is a Child Welfare attorney representing children and parents in the Boston Juvenile Court.

Alison is also a family law mediator and an attorney on the panel of Metrowest Mediation, providing mediations pro bono. She is a member of several MA bar associations and is a Limited Representation Attorney with the Norfolk and Middlesex Probate and Family Courts.
