Lindsey was drawn to family law and estate planning when she noticed a lack of interpersonal connection in prior positions. She has an innate ability to connect with all types of people and as a mother can truly empathize with her clients wanting the best for their families. As a result, Egan Law Center is more than just a place for legal services. Lindsey provides a uniquely customized approach for each client and each issue.
As a family law attorney, Lindsey offers services including divorce, custody, child support, consulting/case evaluation, post-divorce modifications and enforcement issues, guardianship, and more.
Lindsey attended Massachusetts School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude and in the top 10 percent of her class. Prior to starting her own practice in 2018, she provided litigation support for a Fortune 500 company for several years.
She serves as a member of the Essex County Bar Association, Greater Newburyport Bar Association, Greater Lynn Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce.
Lindsey was born and raised in Manchester-by-the-Sea and currently lives with her husband and daughter on the North Shore.
She is meticulously organized which helps her achieve her goals and visualize what needs to get done.
When she’s not helping clients solve their most pressing legal issues, Lindsey loves to play the piano, read, and listen to podcasts. You can probably find her watching reality TV, planning a party, or enjoying a gin & tonic with extra limes on her deck.
