Joana Stathi

Joana L. Stathi  focuses on handling complex divorces and other domestic relations matters. She has been involved in representing clients in the Massachusetts Probate & Family Courts as well as the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. Attorney Stathi has experience in both criminal and family law and specializes in handling Restraining Orders.

Attorney Stathi represents individuals in varied complex divorce and family litigation law matters including issues pertaining to: child custody and parenting plans, alimony and child support, modification and contempt actions, asset division, antenuptial agreements, paternity actions, and guardianship matters. Attorney Stathi has  tried cases in courts across the Commonwealth as well as in private arbitration. She has worked on several high-profile cases such as the James "Whitey" Bulger case.
