Life does not happen on a schedule, so sessions are offered with flexible timing that is often easier to access than traditional services. Women can choose in person appointments in Hampton, New Hampshire, or virtual sessions from anywhere, making support accessible no matter where they live or how busy life feels.
Erin Snow is the founder of Seacoast Listening Lounge, an emotional wellness space in Hampton, New Hampshire. After 17 years as a trauma informed legal advocate for domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking victims/survivors in their high-lethality divorce, parenting, and protective order cases, she saw the need for a place where women can talk freely without judgment or diagnosis. Using her background and lived experience, Erin created a space that bridges the gap between friendship and therapy through empathetic listening and verbal release sessions.
