Bio

Emma Worth is a Therapist and a Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in community and clinic setting and has been in private practice since 2017. Emma is licensed to practice therapy in both Massachusetts and New York.

Emma specializes in working with women who are shedding their married identities and starting anew. With support, you can move beyond fear, self-doubt and overwhelm and begin to take pride in the process of building a beautiful life and becoming the person you want to be. Whether you are considering divorce, in the thick of the process, or beginning your life post-divorce, Emma makes space for you to connect to yourself with clarity, calm and self-compassion. In a safe and supportive space, you can release worry about what is not in your control and meet challenges with a clear head so you can take hold of the choices and decisions on your path.

Divorce is one of the most challenging life transitions, and because of that it is also a path ripe with potential for healing and growth. It is an honor to support clients who find themselves walking this path, whether it was by choice or not and whatever circumstances there are to face. Although big life transitions inevitably involve losses and endings, they can also be a time of wonderful new beginnings.

“Boundaries are the distance at which I can love you and me simultaneously. Boundaries give us the space to do the work of loving ourselves. They might be, actually, the first and fundamental expression of self-love.” Prentis Hemphill
