    Attorney Alison Litt is the founder and owner of Alison Litt Law, LLC specializing in Family Law and Divorce Mediation.  Prior to opening her own law firm, Attorney Litt worked in the public and private sectors in civil and criminal law.  In the public sector, she represented the Commonwealth of MA as an Assistant Attorney General in the Trial Division defending state agencies, officials and employees in both the MA Superior Court and the US District Court of MA in all stages of the trial process.

    Attorney Litt has been an active attorney for twenty-years with a focus on litigation, developing relationships with clients to understand their goals coupled with her knowledge and experience. Alison brings her determination, experience, compassion and reliability to each of her clients in order to see that they receive the best results possible.   Alison's practice focuses primarily on Divorce litigation as well as mediation and conciliation.  Some of the areas of concentration include: Joint 1A divorce, Contested 1B divorce, prenuptial agreements, Child Custody, Child Support, Parenting plans, Division of assets, paternity, domestic violence. Additionally, Attorney Litt handles Care and Protection cases as a private Children and Family Law CPCS attorney in the Framingham Juvenile Court

    Attorney Litt received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School and her Bachelors’ degree in Political Science from Union College.

    Alison is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Women's Bar Association, Mass Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, and Metrowest Mediation.  She also is a private lo bono for the JFCS, Journey To Safety Domestic Violence, BBA and is a Limited Attorney for the Middlesex and Worcester Probate and Family Courts.
