About Me
  • Bio:

Attorney Litt brings her skills and knowledge in litigation to the realm of family law as a former Assistant Attorney General in the Commonwealth of MA Trial Division.

Attorney Litt's personal journey led the pathway into her drive to advise, empower and fight for those in the divorce/paternity process, especially those living with domestic violence.

Attorney Litt encourages couples to engage in mediation without the court system as an effective means to control the outcome and engage in communication which essentially brings closure.  When alternative dispute resolution is not practical, Attorney Litt is confident and skilled in a courtroom based on her training and experience.

Alison provides litigation, consultation, and mediation services. She currently represents clients in the Probate and Family Court of the Commonwealth of MA as well as the Juvenile Court in Suffolk County.  In addition to her work in divorce and family law, she also focuses on child welfare matters in the Juvenile Court.

Attorney Litt received her Juris Doctor in 2002 from Seton Hall Law School located in her home state of New Jersey and her Bachelors’ degree in Political Science from Union College in 1999.
